Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About Us:

JB International Pro Academy is a leading professional training institute based in Edapally, committed to empowering individuals through industry-relevant education and practical skill-building. We are expanding our creative team and are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Graphic Designer & Video Creator to help us elevate our brand identity and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design:

• Develop creative visual content for social media, print materials, website, presentations, and branding campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets.
• Design brochures, flyers, banners, digital ads, and other promotional material.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.

Video Creation & Editing:

• Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos, course previews, testimonials, reels, and event coverage.
• Add effects, animations, transitions, and motion graphics as needed.
• Optimize videos for various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Manage post-production tasks including audio enhancement, color correction, and subtitles.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a graphic designer and video editor/creator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and video work.
• Good understanding of social media trends and content strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in motion graphics and animation.
• Knowledge of photography and lighting setup.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.
• Creative storytelling and scripting ability for videos.
