Job Overview

Vera Developers Private Limited is a company engaged in real estate and is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer and Video Editor. This role requires a professional who can craft compelling visual concepts, produce high-quality graphic designs, and create engaging video content that resonates with our target audience across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both graphic design and video editing, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and other teams.

Objectives of this Role

• Lead the development and execution of innovative graphic designs and video content that meet business goals and align with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all visual and video content accurately expresses ideas and represents the company & its products appropriately.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay within budget.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve design and video production capabilities.
• Maintain and update internal databases for designs, photography, and video assets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials, including web pages, presentations, social media content, internal communications, digital ads/content, newsletters, marketing materials, and video campaigns.
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality graphic designs and video content within an established brand identity.
• Develop concepts by hand or with software, executing original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, layout, and video editing techniques.
• Manage the design, editing, and uploading process for all project materials, adhering to best practices for content management systems and video platforms.
• Utilize trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications and video styles.
• Design and produce graphics for social media, product packaging, websites, and advertisements.
• Create and edit engaging video content for various platforms, including promotional videos, social media clips, and internal communications.
• Ensure consistency across all visual designs and video productions to build a strong brand identity.
• Adapt visuals and video content for digital platforms, print, and multimedia projects.
• Effective Utilisation of AI prompting to optimise the creative flow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional creativity and innovative design and video editing skills.
• Five or more years of experience with Adobe Suite, Canva & Corel Draw.
• 1 Year of experience with either Gemini, Deepseek, Midjourney, Veo, Meta AI etc
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design and video editing work.
• Proficiency in typography, color theory, and design principles.
• Desire to continue building skill set with ongoing education and training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
