1. Conceptualization & Creative Thinking

  • Translate marketing objectives into strong visual concepts.
  • Ideate and develop engaging campaigns that align with brand positioning and tone.
  • Deliver quick, high-quality concepts and designs with a strong turnaround time (TAT).

2. Graphic Design & Print Execution

  • Create high-resolution designs for exhibitions, billboards, hoardings, and other print collaterals.
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, product catalogues, banners, and trade show branding.
  • Ensure print-ready files meet large-format technical specifications (color management, bleed, resolution, etc.).

3. Digital & Social Media Design

  • Design static and motion graphics for social media, web, and digital campaigns.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all online and offline channels.

4. Video Editing & Motion Graphics

  • Edit promotional, corporate, and product videos for marketing campaigns.
  • Add transitions, animations, and background scores to enhance storytelling.
  • Work with the marketing team to bring visual narratives to life through video.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, brand, and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and printers for print and event material execution.

6. Software Proficiency

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Canva, or 3D visualization tools will be an added advantage.
  • Understanding of pre-press, color calibration, and video export formats.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • 6–7 years of professional experience in design and video editing (agency or brand side).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across print design, digital campaigns, and video editing.
  • Excellent visualization, layout, and typography skills.
  • Ability to conceptualize creative ideas quickly and execute them efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle fast turnarounds.
  • Understanding of branding and design aesthetics for premium B2B and B2C products.
