Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can lead visual storytelling across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in creating engaging graphics and high-quality videos for marketing, branding, and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for digital & print media
• Create engaging videos for social media, ads, websites, and campaigns
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads) and long-form videos
• Develop brand-consistent visuals and motion creatives
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams on campaign concepts
• Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously
• Review and improve designs/videos based on feedback
• Maintain visual consistency across all platforms
• Mentor junior designers/editors when required
• Stay updated with design and video trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Graphic Design & Video Editing
• Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and motion
• Experience creating social media creatives & ad videos
• Ability to handle fast turnarounds and multiple projects
• Strong creative thinking and communication skills

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience with Figma / Adobe XD
• Knowledge of motion graphics & animations
• Experience working with digital marketing teams
• Understanding of branding and marketing funnels
• Portfolio with design + video work
