Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile In-House Senior Visual Content & Multimedia Designer who can seamlessly blend graphic design, video production, photography direction, and social media content creation.

This role is ideal for someone who combines artistic excellence with strategic storytelling—transforming Ayurveda’s wisdom, natural landscapes, and guest experiences into compelling visual narratives across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Production

• Develop visually striking and brand-aligned posters, brochures, and visual materials for promotions, events, educational content, guest information, seasonal campaigns, and on-site décor.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with Nattika’s visual identity and enhances brand recognition and emotional connection.

Video & Multimedia Content

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and brand storytelling.
• Produce reels, short-form videos, and promotional films optimized for different platforms.
• Coordinate video shoots, including concept planning, location setup, lighting, and direction.

Photography & Visual Direction

• Assist in planning and executing professional photography sessions for properties, treatments, cuisine, and guest experiences.
• Direct visual compositions, styling, and framing to maintain aesthetic consistency.
• Curate and manage image libraries for marketing use.

Social Media Content Creation

• Design platform-specific creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, newsletters, and digital displays.
• Develop visually engaging content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Optimize creatives for reach, engagement, and platform performance.

Concept Development & Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing and management teams to translate campaign ideas into impactful visuals.
• Contribute fresh concepts that embody the spirit of Ayurveda, wellness, and tranquil living.

Content Adaptation

• Adapt designs and videos for multiple formats including print, digital signage, web, email campaigns, and social media.

Trend Awareness

• Stay updated on global design, video, wellness, and hospitality trends.
• Introduce innovative visual approaches while preserving brand identity.

Feedback & Refinement

• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and deliver polished, high-quality creative outputs within deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field (certifications in digital tools are an advantage).

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years in a professional creative role, preferably in wellness, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent).
• Experience with video editing software and basic photography equipment.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar platforms is a plus.

Creative Strengths

• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to translate abstract wellness concepts into elegant visual communication.

Professional Skills

• Detail-oriented with precision in layout, formatting, and finishing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
