Job brief
As a Senior Graphic + UI/UX Designer, you will take charge of conceptualizing and executing creative assets that span across branding, UI/UX, packaging, motion, digital advertising, and marketing collateral. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including performance marketers, developers, video editors, and account managers to deliver designs that align with client goals and enhance user engagement and brand perception.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Media & Social Creatives
- Design engaging social media creatives, carousel ads, GIFs, stories, and video thumbnails.
- Collaborate with content and performance teams to build creatives optimized for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and more.
- Ensure visual consistency across all channels while testing variations for performance.
Marketing Collaterals
- Design brochures, hoardings, flyers, banners, posters, sales kits, and pitch decks tailored to campaign or sales goals.
- Adapt designs across formats for both print and digital.
UI/UX Design
- Design conversion-focused landing pages, microsites, and web/mobile interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and responsive interfaces.
- Work with developers to ensure accurate handoff and implementation.
- Use ad performance insights to continuously iterate and improve.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics
- Conceptualize and direct short-form video content and reels with motion elements.
- Assist with basic video editing, animated graphics, typography motion, and transitions.
- Work closely with video teams to align visual identity in motion.
Branding & Identity
- Develop logos, brand systems, visual guidelines, and consistent design language for both new and existing brands.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand personality and values.
Product Packaging
- Design box packaging and labels that enhance visibility, shelf appeal, and brand recall.
- Work with product and marketing teams to translate brand vision into packaging that performs both in-store and online.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.
- Collaborate with performance marketers, developers, copywriters, and clients for end-to-end project delivery.
- Participate in client calls and pitch presentations when needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Design Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for performance-based platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with responsive UI/UX, landing page design, and prototyping tools
- Knowledge of branding principles and creating scalable design systems
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
