Bachelor’s degree in Visual Media / Graphic Design / Communication Design or related field.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro; working knowledge of Dreamweaver or equivalent web tools.

Solid understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.

Job Description

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the end-to-end creation of visual communication for campaigns across print, digital, web, and video.

This role is responsible for translating communication objectives into compelling visual stories that strengthen the brand and engage diverse audiences.

The designer will conceptualise and execute creative ideas for social media, websites, emailers, brochures, posters, event branding, title graphics for videos, and other marketing collaterals.

Working closely with the communications, content, web, and video teams, the Senior Graphic Designer will understand briefs, propose design directions, and deliver high-quality outputs within timelines.

The role includes developing visual identities, maintaining and evolving brand guidelines, preparing print-ready artwork, and ensuring design consistency across all platforms.

The Senior Graphic Designer will also mentor junior designers, coordinate with vendors and printers, and contribute to brainstorming and campaign planning.

Strong mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud tools, a solid sense of typography, layout, and colour, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
