Senior Graphics Designer

Senior Graphics Designer:

We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Graphics Designer to design and shape unique, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX designers, and product managers. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize designs.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or a related field.
• Proven UI/UX design experience (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop/XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first interfaces.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, illustrator, Angular, React and JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion design or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie).
• Familiarity with front-end development principles.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
