We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphics Designer & Video Editor who can lead visual execution across digital platforms. The role requires strong design aesthetics with AI, advanced video editing skills with AI, and the ability to deliver high-impact creatives aligned with brand and marketing goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
- Create high-quality visual assets for digital marketing, social media, websites, ads, and brand communication.
- Design creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, banners, posters, brochures, pitch decks, and presentations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs and platforms.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, mood boards, and visual themes aligned with brand strategy.
- Review and refine designs based on feedback from marketing and leadership teams.
- Mentor and guide junior designers when required.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics
- Edit and produce engaging videos for Reels, Shorts, ads, campaigns, product launches, and brand content.
- Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects.
- Optimize video formats for different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and websites.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to create conversion-focused video content.
Creative Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with marketing, content, and performance teams to understand campaign goals.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and industry best practices.
Requirements & SkillsExperience
- 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or brand experience preferred).
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent tools).
- Hands-on experience with motion graphics and basic animation.
- Understanding of digital marketing creatives and ad specifications.
Creative & Soft Skills
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals and videos.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, or D2C brands.
