About The Opportunity
We are a fast-growing, US-based SaaS company in the marketing technology (MarTech) space, currently operating in stealth mode. We are building the next generation of conversion tools used by coaches, agencies, and high-growth startups to automate their sales.
We are looking for a Growth Consultant to join our founding sales team. This is not a cold-calling job.
You will be speaking exclusively with users who have already signed up for our software. Your goal is to act as a strategic advisor, helping them map out their marketing funnels and upselling them into our Done-For-You implementation packages.
What You Will Do
- Conduct Strategy Calls: Run Zoom onboarding sessions with new trial users (Business Owners and Marketing Directors).
- Diagnose and Prescribe: Analyze their current marketing funnel, identify gaps, and demonstrate how our platform solves their conversion problems.
- Close High-Ticket Deals: Upsell users from self-service plans to our premium “Concierge Setup” packages (ticket size: $500 to $1,500).
- Pipeline Management: Manage your own pipeline of warm leads and follow up to ensure conversion.
Who We Are Looking For
- The Closer Mindset: 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, Digital Agency sales, or High-Ticket closing. You are comfortable asking for the credit card on the call.
- Tech-Savvy: You can learn a new software tool quickly. You must be able to share your screen and demo the product confidently.
- Impeccable Communication: You have a neutral or American accent and can write professional, error-free emails.
- Strategic Thinker: You understand marketing concepts such as funnels, leads, CTR, and conversion rates, and can speak the language of business owners and marketing teams.
