We are seeking a Senior Growth Executive with strong business development expertise, hands-on experience with modern growth tools, and solid knowledge of digital marketing to scale revenue and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute growth and business development strategies
- Generate and close leads using platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outbound channels
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) to track pipelines and performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams on digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, SEO, email marketing, funnels)
- Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities
- Analyze growth metrics, KPIs, and optimize strategies
- Guide and mentor junior team members
Required Skills & Tools:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Growth / Sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience with Upwork bidding and client acquisition
- Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and outreach
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Knowledge of outreach & automation tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Hunter, Email automation tools)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing & growth funnels
- Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
