About the Role:
To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a curious, energetic, and craft-caring Visual Designer to join our Growth Design team. Your designs will reach millions of people daily: you’ll create graphic assets that enhance our customers’ full end-to-end experience, from the moment they discover us through an SEO page or web page, to in-product onboarding, and all the way to upgrading or continuously engaging with us. You’ll collaborate with a fun, diverse team of talented growth experts, all passionate about user experimentation and innovative ways to optimize better and grow our product.
You’ll create visual assets for a variety of touchpoints, including websites, in-product onboarding experiences, lifecycle marketing moments, paywalls and preview experiences, new feature moments, and personalization surfaces. Grammarly is stepping toward an exciting multi-product future, and your designs will help impact how we ensure our customer journeys are meaningful, clear,
educational and inspiring.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
