Senior Hair Patch & Hair Replacement Technician

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and confident Hair Patch Technician to join our specialist team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of non-surgical hair replacement, ensuring that every client leaves with a natural, seamless look and renewed confidence.

Key Responsibilities

* Fixing & Bonding: Expert application of hair patches using various methods (clipping, taping, or medical-grade bonding/gluing).

* Styling & Blending: Professional cutting, thinning, and styling of the hair system to blend perfectly with the client’s natural hair.

* Maintenance & Service: Performing "re-servicing" sessions, including cleaning, scalp grooming, and re-attachment.

* Client Education: Confidently explaining aftercare routines and product recommendations to ensure the longevity of the hair system.

Candidate Requirements

* Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in hair patch/hair system fixing.

* Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of different base materials (lace, skin, mono) and bonding agents.

* Confidence: A self-assured personality. You must be able to lead the consultation and handle client concerns with authority and empathy.

* Precision: High attention to detail regarding hairline placement and blending techniques.

* Grooming: A professional appearance that reflects the standards of a high-end Dubai grooming center.
