Senior Hair Stylist – Immediate Hiring / Urgent Start

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hairstylist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hair artistry, up-to-date with current trends, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences. As a Senior Hairstylist, you will provide advanced hair services, mentor junior stylists, and contribute to the overall growth and reputation of the salon.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, chemical treatments, extensions, and specialty services
• Conduct professional client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate styles and treatments
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products
• Mentor and support junior stylists and apprentices
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
• Promote and sell salon retail products
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or hairstyling license (as required by state/country regulations)
• 3+ years of professional salon experience
• Advanced knowledge of cutting, coloring, balayage, highlights, and chemical treatments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Leadership and mentoring ability
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
