Senior Hairdresser

This role is for a confident, professional stylist with strong technical skills, excellent client consultation abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair services including:
• Hair coloring (highlights, balayage, full color, toners)
• Precision haircuts (ladies)
• Blowdries and styling
• Hair treatments and transformations
• Hair extensions (application & maintenance)
• Conduct thorough client consultations and provide expert recommendations
• Maintain accurate client history, formulas, and product usage
• Upsell services and retail in a professional, ethical manner
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and salon standards are consistently met
• Work collaboratively with reception and team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience as a hairdresser
• Strong expertise in color techniques and corrections
• Confident in consultations and client education
• Ability to work independently and manage a full chair
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Experience in Dubai salons is preferred
