Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hairdresser to join our ladies spa. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and experienced in delivering high-quality hair services while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform haircuts, coloring, styling, treatments, and blow-dries
• Conduct professional consultations and recommend services/products
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and workstation standards
• Upsell retail products and salon treatments
• Support junior staff when required
• Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements

• Female candidate (ladies-only spa)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a professional hairdresser
• Strong expertise in coloring, treatments, and styling
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
• English communication required
