About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally talented Senior Hairdresser to join our prestigious luxury salon. This role is ideal for a creative professional with advanced technical expertise in hair transformation - cutting, coloring, highlights, hair extensions, aside from basic blow-drying and styling.

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering premium services, understands high-end client expectations, and is committed to excellence, precision, and artistry.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver precision haircuts tailored to individual face shapes, lifestyles, and trends
• Perform advanced color services including balayage, highlights, lowlights, color correction, and customized color formulations
• Apply and maintain high-quality hair extensions (tape-in, keratin bond, micro-link, etc.)
• Provide expert consultations and personalized hair transformation plans
• Recommend premium haircare products and luxury treatments
• Maintain impeccable hygiene, grooming, and professional presentation
• Build long-term relationships with high-end clientele
• Stay updated with international trends, techniques, and luxury brand products

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in a reputable or high-end salon
• Proven mastery in advanced coloring techniques and hair extensions
• Strong expertise in precision cutting for both men and women
• Professional certification or diploma in Hairdressing/Cosmetology
• Portfolio showcasing high-level work (before & after photos preferred)
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Strong sense of style, aesthetics, and attention to detail

Preferred Profile

• Experience working with luxury or international haircare brands
• Strong client retention and upselling skills
• Ability to manage VIP clients with discretion and professionalism
• Leadership qualities and ability to mentor junior stylists
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Impeccable personal presentation and hygiene aligned with luxury brand standards
• Strong professional ethics, integrity, and commitment to excellence
