Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hairstylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hair and beauty, committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and skilled in a wide range of hairdressing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services.
• Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care solutions.
• Perform advanced coloring techniques, including highlights, balayage, and color corrections.
• Maintain high standards of client care and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, products, and techniques.
• Mentor and support junior stylists and salon assistants.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the salon.
• Assist in promoting salon services and retail products.

Requirements;

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a professional hairstylist.
• Strong expertise in cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Relevant hairdressing certification or license (where required).
