Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of advanced hairstyling services including cutting, colouring treatments and styling.
• Provide personalized consultations to clients offering expert advice and style recommendations.
• Maintain consistently high standards of service professionalism and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and support junior team members helping to elevate the overall team performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest hair trends, techniques and product innovations.
• Assist with inventory management and salon operations when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior hairstylist role ideally in a luxury salon or spa environment.
• Expertise in a broad range of styling techniques and colour applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and a passion for developing others.
• Well presented with high standards of hygiene and grooming.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary from 12,000 to 17,000 SAR dependent on experience.
• Bonuses based on personal net revenue.
• Live-in accommodation provided.
• Meals, transportation and additional benefits included.
