Senior Hardware Design Engineer

At Conrad Engineering , we develop innovative solutions in the field of metal detectors and 3D ground scanners with our official Design Center status granted by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology.

We’re looking for a Senior Analog / Mixed-Signal Hardware Design Engineer to own and improve the analog signal chain at the heart of our sensing products.

Responsibilities:

• Designing analog and digital circuits
• Conducting hardware tests and validations
• Managing PCB design processes
• Collaborating closely with software and production teams during product development
• Providing technical support during productization and transition to mass production
• Design/optimize analog & mixed-signal circuits for electromagnetic sensing
• Own key blocks: TX drive, RX AFE, gain stages, filters (notch/band-pass/anti-alias), ADC interfacing
• Improve noise/SNR, stability, dynamic range; validate with lab measurements (FFT/spectrum)
• Lead analog-focused PCB reviews (grounding, shielding, isolation, return paths)
• Collaborate with firmware & signal-processing teams; support productization and EMC/EMI readiness

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware design
• (5+ years) hands-on analog/mixed-signal design experience
• (Strong in Op-Amps), ADCs/DACs, references, RLC networks, filters
• SPICE simulation + solid debugging skills with test instruments
• Strong communication & documentation mindset
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design
• Experience in EMC/EMI, signal integrity, and power electronics
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end product development projects involving hardware and software integration
• Skilled in using test and measurement instruments effectively
• Team player with strong communication skills
