Senior Healthcare Administrator / Medical Services Manager ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Note: This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that is 5-20 hours per week at $100 per hour (up to $2k/week). It can be done remotely and can be done both alongside or instead of full-time employment.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced healthcare managers who can help train their latest language model on healthcare administration and services management tasks.

We're looking for senior managers with 5+ years overseeing clinical or administrative operations at top hospitals or health systems to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core healthcare management workflows: department budgeting, quality improvement reporting, regulatory compliance documentation, staff performance management, operational analysis, and strategic planning memos.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $2k/week)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Qualifications:

• Healthcare Services Manager or Administrator with 5+ years at a top hospital or health system
• Strong expertise in healthcare operations, compliance, and quality improvement
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
