Job Summary
Worabec Community Support and Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Healthcare Customer Relations Manager to oversee patient support operations, customer engagement initiatives, and healthcare service coordination across the organization.
This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys improving patient experiences, building strong customer relationships, and leading service-focused operational initiatives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening patient satisfaction, supporting operational efficiency, and maintaining high-quality healthcare customer service standards.

What You'll Do
- Oversee daily healthcare customer relations and patient support operations
- Manage patient engagement activities and service quality improvement initiatives
- Handle escalated patient concerns and ensure timely issue resolution
- Collaborate with operational and healthcare teams to maintain efficient service delivery standards
- Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities to improve healthcare support experiences
- Prepare operational reports, customer insights, and service performance updates for leadership
- Support onboarding, coaching, and operational training activities for customer support teams
- Maintain accurate patient service records, operational documentation, and reporting data
- Improve operational procedures related to healthcare customer support and patient engagement
- Coordinate communication between patients and internal operational departments
- Support patient retention and customer experience initiatives
- Assist with continuous improvement projects related to healthcare support operations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare customer relations, patient services management, healthcare operations, or customer support leadership
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational and operational coordination abilities
- Experience managing patient-facing workflows and healthcare support operations
- Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Professional and patient-focused approach to operational leadership
- Experience with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and operational reporting tools preferred
- Degree or diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred
