We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and people-focused Hiring Manager to lead recruitment efforts and help us attract, hire, and retain top-tier caregivers and clinical professionals.

Position Overview

The Hiring Manager will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for caregivers, HHAs, PCAs, CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and operational staff. This individual will play a critical role in building a strong workforce while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining Affinity's high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding
  • Conduct phone screenings, virtual interviews, and reference checks
  • Recruit Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Companions, CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and office staff
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through Indeed, social media, referrals, job boards, and networking
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation, background checks, credential verification, and compliance requirements
  • Partner with operations and clinical leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Track recruitment metrics and hiring goals
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within company systems
  • Build relationships with nursing schools, training programs, and community organizations
  • Continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting or hiring experience
  • Home care, healthcare staffing, nursing, or healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interviewing skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with Indeed, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment platforms
  • Comfortable managing multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Professional, polished, and service-oriented mindset
