We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and people-focused Hiring Manager to lead recruitment efforts and help us attract, hire, and retain top-tier caregivers and clinical professionals.
Position Overview
The Hiring Manager will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for caregivers, HHAs, PCAs, CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and operational staff. This individual will play a critical role in building a strong workforce while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining Affinity's high standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding
- Conduct phone screenings, virtual interviews, and reference checks
- Recruit Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Companions, CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and office staff
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through Indeed, social media, referrals, job boards, and networking
- Coordinate onboarding documentation, background checks, credential verification, and compliance requirements
- Partner with operations and clinical leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Track recruitment metrics and hiring goals
- Maintain accurate candidate records within company systems
- Build relationships with nursing schools, training programs, and community organizations
- Continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting or hiring experience
- Home care, healthcare staffing, nursing, or healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with Indeed, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment platforms
- Comfortable managing multiple open positions simultaneously
- Professional, polished, and service-oriented mindset
