Senior Holiday Consultant

· Handle domestic and outbound holiday enquiries through walk-ins, calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online leads

· Understand customer requirements and design customized itineraries based on budget and travel preferences

· Explain package details including inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and company policies

· Follow up on leads to achieve high conversion ratios and assigned sales targets

· Upsell and cross-sell related travel services wherever applicable

· Prepare detailed itineraries and cost sheets for domestic and international destinations

· Coordinate with suppliers to obtain best available and negotiated rates

· Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining agreed profit margins

· Handle or coordinate bookings for hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing, visas, and travel insurance

· Coordinate closely with reservations, operations, and ground handling teams

· Ensure timely booking confirmations, voucher issuance, and travel documentation

· Liaise with hotels, DMCs, airlines, and transport providers for availability and confirmations

· Maintain strong professional relationships with domestic and international suppliers

· Maintain accurate customer records, booking files, and related documentation

· Update enquiry and booking status in CRM systems or tracking tools

· Prepare sales and operations reports as required by management

· Provide pre-travel and post-travel support to customers

· Handle service issues, itinerary changes, and escalations professionally

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
