Senior Hostess

We are seeking a graceful, customer-centric, and confident Hostess to be the face of our premium casual dining restaurant situated at one of Dubai’s most iconic locations — The Dubai Mall, overlooking the stunning Dubai Fountain. This role is key to ensuring every guest's journey begins and ends with warmth, elegance, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with warmth, attentiveness, and a polished demeanor as they arrive.
• Maintain poise and hospitality under pressure in a high-traffic, high-profile setting.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and guest flow seamlessly using the reservation system.
• Communicate with guests in a friendly, articulate, and service-oriented manner .
• Escort guests to their tables with an engaging, confident presence.
• Act as a brand ambassador , creating an excellent first and last impression.
• Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure a flawless guest experience .
• Maintain a well-groomed, elegant appearance at all times in line with brand standards.
• Handle guest queries or concerns promptly, always keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront .
• Proactively remember returning guests and VIP preferences to add a personal touch.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in brand content, including videos, Instagram reels, and social media campaigns, while maintaining professionalism and the guest experience.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only, with excellent presentation and grooming standards .
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a hostess or customer-facing role in upscale dining or hospitality.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Friendly, confident, and naturally customer centric .
• Ability to multitask in a busy and visually prominent environment.
• Familiarity with reservation software (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable, Resy) preferred.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
• Comfortable to collab with marketing team for promotions, ads/ social media managing.
