Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Human Resources Executive to manage core HR functions, support strategic initiatives, and ensure a seamless employee lifecycle experience. This role involves end to end HR responsibilities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and records management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source and attract potential candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, advertisements, and campus hiring initiatives.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Track offers made and follow up to ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Manage the complete onboarding process for new employees.
- Conduct induction sessions to introduce company policies, culture, and expectations.
- Ensure all joining formalities and documentation are completed accurately.
3. HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records, HR files, and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Support HR audits and ensure data confidentiality.
4. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and absenteeism.
- Prepare and submit leave reports for payroll processing.
- Address discrepancies in attendance and leave data, coordinating with employees and managers as needed.
5. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Support staff retention initiatives by fostering a positive work environment.
- Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Respond to employee requests, ensuring proper communication and care.
6. Training & Internship Programs
- Organize internship programs in collaboration with Aviation colleges.
- Coordinate training sessions to support the growth and development of interns and new hires.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or senior HR executive role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices , and recruitment techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office
