We are looking for a "Senior HR Business Partner" to be based at our headquarters office located in Altunizade, Uskudar.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within multinational corporations or holding structures.

Strong expertise in recruitment, talent management, organizational development, and employment legislation.

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong business partnerships.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Serve as a trusted HR advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives.

Lead recruitment processes and drive talent management programs to meet organizational needs and support workforce planning.

Provide guidance on organizational design, change management, and employee engagement strategies.

Partner with HR Centers of Expertise to implement best-in-class HR policies, processes, and programs.

Leverage HR analytics to deliver actionable insights that enhance organizational effectiveness and decision-making.
