Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR operations for factory employees.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar and staff positions.
- Maintain attendance, payroll inputs, and leave records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory filings (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Coordinate with government authorities and manage factory inspections.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.
- Organize training programs, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
- Support performance appraisal processes and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain HRMIS and generate periodic reports.
Requirements
- Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience in a factory / manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and HR software.
