Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee attendance, payroll inputs, leave administration, and statutory compliance.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support managers in appraisal processes.
  • Maintain HR records, personnel files, and MIS reports.
  • Organize training, development programs, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Assist in strategic HR planning and support management in decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
