Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee attendance, payroll inputs, leave administration, and statutory compliance.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support managers in appraisal processes.
- Maintain HR records, personnel files, and MIS reports.
- Organize training, development programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
- Assist in strategic HR planning and support management in decision-making.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
