Job description:
Telenova Networks is a technology company specializing in Intelligent Building Management Systems (IBMS), Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems, IT infrastructure, and data centers.
An HR Executive at Telenova Networks would be responsible for:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Payroll Management: Overseeing payroll functions to ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR databases.
- Policy Implementation: Developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
- Training and Development: Identifying training needs and coordinating professional development programs.
- Performance Management: Assisting in performance appraisal processes and supporting career development initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
