  • Oversee HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, leave management, and end-of-service settlements.
  • Handle employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, WPS regulations, and visa/labour card renewals.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, personal files, and employee databases in coordination with site HR and PRO teams.
  • Support HR Director in implementing HR policies, performance management systems, and employee communication initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement programs, welfare activities, and retention strategies.
  • Prepare HR reports—turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction metrics—for management review.
  • Liaise with site management, camp administration, and project HR to ensure alignment with corporate HR standards.
  • Advise management on disciplinary procedures and ensure consistent policy enforcement.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
