Senior HR Executive (Non IT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and Retail roles
• Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 recruiters
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers for requirements
• Ensure timely closures and quality hires

Preferred Background: Consultancy / Retail / Pharma industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
