Senior HR Executive / Technical Recruiter (Female – Onsite) – Immediate Joiner

We at CodeReve delivering web, app, automation, and AI solutions to international clients.
We are looking for a female HR professional with strong technical hiring experience who can independently manage recruitment, HR operations, and employee coordination.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and hiring-focused. The primary responsibility is to recruit and manage technical teams including developers, designers, content writers, and mobile app developers.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end hiring of different resources along with PM like WordPress Developers, Web Automation & Mobile Developers, Designers, Content Writers and other technical roles as required.
• Drafting and posting job ads on hiring platforms
• Screening CVs and conducting initial HR interviews
• Coordinating technical interviews with management
• Shortlisting candidates based on technical understanding
• Managing onboarding, probation tracking, and confirmations
• Maintaining attendance, leaves, and discipline records
• Handling HR documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, warnings)
• Acting as a bridge between management and employees
• Supporting retention, performance tracking, and team coordination
• Ensuring smooth operations during evening/night shift

Required Skills & Experience

• Female candidates only
• 2–4+ years of HR experience and software house experience is plus point.
• Strong screening and evaluation skills
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Confident communication in English (verbal & written)
• Strong organisational and people-management skills
• Comfortable working 5 PM – 2 AM onsite

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
(MBA / HR certifications are a plus but not mandatory)
