SENIOR HR GENERALIST

Job Title: Senior HR Generalist

We are a leading firm in the manufacturing sector based in Dubai, committed to excellence and innovation. We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our dynamic team immediately.

Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in the manufacturing sector.
3. Proven experience handling HR functions for a workforce of 100+ employees.
4. In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
5. Proficient in HR reporting and payroll management.
6. Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations.
2. Administer HR policies and procedures.
3. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
4. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
5. Conduct recruitment and selection processes.
6. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
7. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
8. Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports.
9. Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payroll management.
10. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
11.Conduct training and development programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
