We are Hiring Senior HR Generalist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and offboarding.
- Maintain and update the HR database, HRIS, and employee personnel files ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare memos, salary certificates, NOCs, disciplinary letters, and internal HR communications.
- Manage and monitor attendance, absenteeism, and overtime across all project sites, reconcile timekeeping records for payroll accuracy.
- Handle employee leave management including leave planning, tracking, approval, and ticket entitlements as per company policy.
- Administer employee air ticket benefits (annual, emergency, and final settlement tickets), ensuring adherence to eligibility criteria and proper accounting with finance.
- Manage medical and life insurance processes including enrolment, renewals, deletion, and claim reimbursements in coordination with insurance providers.
- Update and maintain the organization and departmental charts to reflect structural or manpower changes in coordination with management and project HR leads.
- Prepare and present HR presentations for management reviews, audits, and meetings highlighting workforce analytics, turnover, recruitment progress, and HR KPIs.
- Generate periodic HR reports such as headcount summaries, turnover analysis, absenteeism reports, leave balances, and manpower distribution by project.
- Administer performance management cycles, probation assessments, and appraisal processes with department managers.
- Address employee grievances, investigate complaints, and recommend corrective actions in line with labor law and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee data and ensure disciplinary processes are handled with fairness and due diligence.
- Coordinate employee transfers between projects, ensuring smooth communication with logistics, site management, and payroll departments.
- Process end-of-service benefits, gratuity, final settlements, and visa cancellations in coordination with PRO and accounts.
- Support employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, welfare activities, and HR communication sessions.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires covering company policies, safety regulations, and code of conduct.
- Provide HR data inputs for budgeting, cost allocation, and manpower planning exercises.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies across all sites and departments, acting as a link between management and employees.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
- 8 or more years of experience in HR operations within a UAE-based construction or contracting companies.
