Senior HR Generalist (Recruitment & Payroll Specialist)
IMMEDIATE JOINING IS REQUIRED (From 3rd November 2025 Monday)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: 5–10 years of UAE experience in End-to-End Recruitment & Payroll Management
Reports To: HR Manager / Head of HR
Position Overview:
The Senior HR Generalist will play a key role in managing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment, payroll administration, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR best practices, and a proven track record of managing the recruitment cycle and payroll process within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments.
Partner with management to understand manpower needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
2. Payroll Management
Oversee and process monthly payroll accurately and on time, in compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, overtime, and deductions.
Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursements and end-of-service benefits.
Handle payroll reconciliations and resolve payroll-related queries promptly.
Ensure compliance with WPS (Wage Protection System) and statutory requirements.
3. HR Operations & Employee Relations
Maintain and update employee records, HR database, and personnel files.
Administer employee benefits, medical insurance, and leave management.
Support performance management processes and assist in training and development initiatives.
Advise management and employees on HR policies, labor laws, and disciplinary matters.
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
4. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure HR practices are compliant with UAE Labor Law and company regulations.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review (turnover, recruitment metrics, payroll reports, etc.).
Stay updated with changes in labor laws, visa regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR Certification preferred).
5–10 years of progressive HR experience within the UAE, with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and payroll management.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law, WPS, and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Olive, Zoho People or similar) and MS Office.
Must know fluent ENGLISH and HINDI
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
