Experience: 5+ years

Key Skills Required

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting
• Ability to work with stakeholders and hiring managers
• Experience in offer negotiation and onboarding
• Knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and talent pipeline building
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement
• Leadership skills to manage a recruitment team
• Data-driven approach to track hiring metrics & performance
• Strong experience in hiring Pega developers, Pega architects, and Pega decisioning resources
• Hands-on knowledge of Pega PDN profile verification, certification validation, and skill assessment

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the complete hiring lifecycle
• Build and execute recruitment strategies
• Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team
• Work closely with business and technical hiring managers
• Ensure quality hiring within TAT
• Conduct CV reviews, interviews, and feedback alignment
• Manage salary discussions and offer closures
• Ensure smooth documentation and onboarding
• Maintain candidate database and strong talent pipeline
• Monitor recruitment analytics, dashboards, and hiring reports
• Maintain adherence to HR policies and compliance

Good to Have

• IT hiring experience is a plus
• Experience in niche and bulk hiring
• Understanding of hiring trends, market mapping & talent demand
• ATS or recruitment tool exposure

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
