Hiring: HR Hiring Manager

Experience: 5+ years
Key Skills Required
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
- Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting
- Ability to work with stakeholders and hiring managers
- Experience in offer negotiation and onboarding
- Knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and talent pipeline building
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement
- Leadership skills to manage a recruitment team
- Data-driven approach to track hiring metrics & performance
- Strong experience in hiring Pega developers, Pega architects, and Pega decisioning resources
- Hands-on knowledge of Pega PDN profile verification, certification validation, and skill assessment
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive and manage the complete hiring lifecycle
- Build and execute recruitment strategies
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team
- Work closely with business and technical hiring managers
- Ensure quality hiring within TAT
- Conduct CV reviews, interviews, and feedback alignment
- Manage salary discussions and offer closures
- Ensure smooth documentation and onboarding
- Maintain candidate database and strong talent pipeline
- Monitor recruitment analytics, dashboards, and hiring reports
- Maintain adherence to HR policies and compliance
Good to Have
- IT hiring experience is a plus
- Experience in niche and bulk hiring
- Understanding of hiring trends, market mapping & talent demand
- ATS or recruitment tool exposure
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
