Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, background checks, extending offers, and managing new hire orientation and paperwork.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Benefits & Compensation: Administering health insurance, retirement plans, payroll support, and explaining benefit packages.
- Training & Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating workshops, and supporting employee career growth.
- Performance Management: Assisting with performance reviews, goal setting, and providing feedback.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, developing HR policies, and maintaining employee records.
- HR Administration: Managing HRIS, reporting on metrics (turnover, headcount), and general HR data entry.
