Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, background checks, extending offers, and managing new hire orientation and paperwork.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Benefits & Compensation: Administering health insurance, retirement plans, payroll support, and explaining benefit packages.
  • Training & Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating workshops, and supporting employee career growth.
  • Performance Management: Assisting with performance reviews, goal setting, and providing feedback.
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, developing HR policies, and maintaining employee records.
  • HR Administration: Managing HRIS, reporting on metrics (turnover, headcount), and general HR data entry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
