Job Summary:
seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager Female candidate to lead all human resources functions in our Coimbatore office. This role is key to fostering a positive work environment, driving talent development, and ensuring HR strategies align with business goals and operational best practices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and be adept at modern communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnering: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Advise management on all HR matters.
- Talent Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies, ensuring fair and effective processes.
- Employee Relations: Manage grievances, disciplinary actions, and promote a positive, engaging workplace culture, adhering to company policies.
- Performance & Development: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and facilitate training & development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer competitive compensation and benefits plans, including payroll management and related financial processes.
- HR Operations & Policy: Develop and update HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate HR records, manage HRIS, and provide insightful HR reports to ensure smooth operations.
- Employer Branding & Communication: Contribute to building a positive employer brand, leveraging various communication platforms including digital/social channels, to attract and engage talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, with minimum 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in Coimbatore is must.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and C&B administration.
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, and digital), strong interpersonal skills, and professional presentation.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion, demonstrating strong ethical judgment.
- Familiarity with digital communication trends and platforms for professional networking and employer branding.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
