Senior HR Officer

We are seeking for an active experienced Senior HR officer. The ideal candidate will have to look over all human resource functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Posting job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of relevant resumes and conducting interviews.
• Maintaining employee online and offline record.
• Managing performance evaluation on yearly and probationary basis.
• Conduct training need analysis and accordingly arrange relevant training sessions.
• Conduct employee engagement activities.
• Process employee attendance, leave management, end of service benefits and payroll.
• Fulfill employees joining and exit formalities such as preparation of offer and experience letter, documentation of personal and legal information.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiar with DHA regulations & compliances.
• Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR policies.

Job qualifications and requirements:

Bachelors or Master's with majors in Human Resource.

With at least 5 to 6 years of experience in health care sector.

Candidates with Health care experience will be preferable.
