Job Summary:

We are urgently looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who can handle Technical & Non-Technical hiring, mainly for International BPO Sales (B2B Outbound Voice Process).

The recruiter must be target-oriented and capable of delivering minimum 20 Sales Employees per month.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for Technical & Non-Technical profiles
• Bulk hiring for International BPO Sales (Outbound Voice Process)
• Hiring for Website Process & ELD Process
• Source candidates through Indeed, Linkedin, social media & internal references
• Conduct telephonic screening & shortlist quality candidates
• Schedule interviews & ensure maximum joining ratio
• Maintain daily interview & hiring tracker
• Achieve monthly hiring target of 20 Sales Executives
• Build strong candidate pipeline & reduce dropouts

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2.5–5years of recruitment experience (BPO / International Sales hiring preferred)
• Experience in bulk hiring is mandatory
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Ability to work under pressure & achieve targets
• Knowledge of job portals & recruitment databases

Job Type: Full-time
