Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to manage and execute core HR operations end-to-end. This role is hands-on, not advisory only. You will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance while supporting management with practical HR solutions.
If you’re strong on execution, understand labor law, and can operate without hand-holding, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations
- Ensure compliance with local labor law and company standards
- Manage performance appraisal cycles and support managers on evaluations
- Handle HR documentation, employee records, and contracts
- Support payroll inputs, leaves, attendance, and benefits administration
- Assist with organizational development and HR improvement initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or specialist role
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information
- HR certifications are a plus
