The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior HSE Engineer with a proven track record in ensuring workplace safety, environmental compliance, and employee well being by developing policies, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing company wide safety initiatives for a high profile client.

The key objectives for this role are:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate workplace hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure adherence to local, national, and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on safety protocols and best practices.
• Analyze workplace accidents and near misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainability.
• Establish and maintain emergency response plans to handle workplace incidents effectively.
• Monitor and enhance HSE policies and procedures to align with industry standards and best practices.
