Senior HSE Manager, Oil & Gas EPC Safety Lead

Penspen is seeking an experienced HSE Manager based in Abu Dhabi who will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, ensuring legal compliance, managing incident investigations, and training staff to uphold a robust safety culture. The ideal candidate will have an Engineering Degree, NEBOSH IGC certification, and at least 20 years of experience, including 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry, ideally in large EPC projects and previously approved by ADNOC.
