Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled IT Recruitment & Operations Executive with over 3 years of experience to manage end-to-end IT recruitment along with supporting operational tasks. The ideal candidate will handle high-volume IT hiring while ensuring smooth HR and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
IT Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, including developers, testers, system admins, and other technical positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely updates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and IT candidate databases.
Operations
- Support HR and operational processes, including data management, reporting, and employee onboarding.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and coordination with internal teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations.
- MBA
- Strong knowledge of IT recruitment, sourcing techniques, and technical skill assessment.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume IT recruitment along with operational responsibilities.
