Job Description:
- Acts as a strategic partner to mid-to-senior level business leaders.
- Leads complex HR initiatives across multiple NAMSA departments, NAMSA locations, or NAMSA business units.
- Assist in the recruitment, selection, and placement of personnel for all departments at location or within business unit.
- Provides direction to and advises managers in areas of accomplishing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Mentors and supports HRBPs.
- Collaborates with Directors on enterprise-wide HR strategies and programs.
- Analyzes workforce data to inform talent strategies and organizational planning.
- Drives performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Ensures compliance and consistency in HR practices across units.
- May lead cross-functional HR projects or task forces.
- Assures administration of Total Reward programs including but not limited to reinforce understanding, provide solutioning and introduce leaders to COE partners.
- Accountable for accuracy of Associate information in our HRIS system including but not limited to timely approvals, timely transactions and design of roll out execution plans if applicable.
- May be accountable to manage a team of HR specialists.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Technical Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s a plus), 7–10 years of HR experience.
- Proven ability to influence leadership and drive strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong analytical, coaching, and project management skills.
- PHR/SPHR Preferred

Pay Range Minimum:
$81,100.00
Pay Range Target:
$115,000.00
Pay Frequency:
Annual
Please Note: Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
