Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Clinical profiles, senior positions, including headhunting and talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in clinical recruiting or end-to-end recruitment.
- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record of successful headhunting and talent acquisition experiences.
- Candidates with prior healthcare experience are preferred only.

Pay: ₹15,276.72 - ₹35,000.00 per month
