Roles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Clinical profiles, senior positions, including headhunting and talent acquisition.</li><li>Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.</li><li>Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>3-6 years of experience in clinical recruiting or end-to-end recruitment.</li><li>MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.</li><li>Proven track record of successful headhunting and talent acquisition experiences.</li><li>Candidates with prior healthcare experience are preferred only.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,276.72 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
