Senior Human Resource Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Clinical profiles, senior positions, including headhunting and talent acquisition.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in clinical recruiting or end-to-end recruitment.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record of successful headhunting and talent acquisition experiences.
  • Candidates with prior healthcare experience are preferred only.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,276.72 - ₹35,000.00 per month
