Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support our Corporate Services divisions, including HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Administration, Legal, Audit, Sales, and Marketing etc.


In this role, you will serve as the trusted HR advisor to leadership across critical functions at our Head Office. Your focus will be on enabling business growth through strategic Talent management, Organizational effectiveness, and driving a high-performance culture within our corporate environment. You will bridge corporate strategy with people initiatives, ensuring our support and commercial functions operate with agility, compliance, and excellence.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic HR Partnership

  • Act as the primary HR Advisor to Division Heads within Corporate Services and Commercial functions, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (COE) to design and implement leadership development, capability building, and change management initiatives tailored for corporate teams.
  • Drive Organizational design and workforce planning to optimize structure and efficiency across support functions.


Talent & Performance Management

  • Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition for corporate roles, ensuring high-quality sourcing, candidate experience, and employer branding.
  • Lead the performance management cycle, coaching corporate managers on goal setting, continuous feedback, and meaningful reviews.
  • Identify critical skill gaps and collaborate with SMEs or external partners to develop targeted learning programs for professional and leadership roles.


Employee Relations & Workplace Culture

  • Foster a value aligned culture across corporate divisions and drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs.
  • Serve as a key advisor on employee relations, managing grievances and upholding the Code of Conduct to ensure the highest ethical standards.


HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure integrity of HRIS records and oversee payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employee requests for corporate staff.
  • Maintain and audit HR policies to guarantee 100% compliance with labor laws and internal standards, with a focus on professional services environments.


What makes you the perfect candidate:

  • Qualifications: Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field from a well-reputed institution. SHRM/CIPD certification preferred.
  • Experience: 12+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner supporting corporate functions
  • Manufacturing industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.


Skills: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, performance management, employee relations, and labor compliance. Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, especially in a corporate, multi-division environment.
