We are looking for a high-energy, systemic Senior HRBP to lead our Dubai operational hub from
0 to 250+ employees
. This role is for a "site caretaker" with a strong ownership mindset and someone who maintains operational order across
40+ nationalities
, independently resolves complex employee relations (ER) cases, and seamlessly cascades global HR processes locally.
Work Format:
Full-time, On-site (Dubai, 5/2)
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with department heads to scale the hub from 0 to 250+ employees, managing organizational structures and succession planning for our distinct brands.

Deploy initiatives to embed corporate DNA across a multicultural office of 40+ nationalities, targeting an eNPS of 70+.

Own the full employee lifecycle for 250+ specialists, focusing on retention strategies to keep annual attrition below 15%.

Provide 1:1 coaching for managers and mediate relations for diverse teams, ensuring 100% resolution of internal grievances.

Track and report weekly on KPIs, including attrition trends, team productivity, and engagement levels to drive data-led decisions.

Maintain 100% compliance with UAE Labor Law and Free Zone regulations while managing relocation flows for international hires.
Qualifications:

5+ years in HR, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar advisory role, preferably within the Tech, Fintech, or iGaming sectors.

Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders from 40+ nationalities.

Solid understanding of UAE Labor Law and the nuances of the Middle Eastern talent market is a significant plus.

A proactive mindset with the ability to remain calm and strategic in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field (SHRM/CIPD certification is highly valued).
