Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to selection.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain candidate communication.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
  • Support employee engagement programs, events, and activities.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and assist with conflict resolution.

HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
  • Prepare HR reports including attendance, leave, payroll support, and attrition.
  • Draft HR letters (confirmation, transfers, warnings, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Performance Management

  • Assist in the performance appraisal process.
  • Track KRAs/KPIs and follow up with managers and employees.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain training records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR Management or related field.
  • Atleast 4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory compliances.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,696.60 per month
