Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to selection.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain candidate communication.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Support employee engagement programs, events, and activities.
- Maintain a positive work environment and assist with conflict resolution.
HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
- Prepare HR reports including attendance, leave, payroll support, and attrition.
- Draft HR letters (confirmation, transfers, warnings, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Performance Management
- Assist in the performance appraisal process.
- Track KRAs/KPIs and follow up with managers and employees.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain training records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR Management or related field.
- Atleast 4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory compliances.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
